Are the planners hardback or softback?
Our Whole Person Planner’s are crafted as hardcovers with vegan leather for a touch of elegance and durability. 

What’s the size of the planner?
The size of the planner allows for plenty of space at the dimensions of 7.5" x 9.75".

How many pages does the Whole Person Planner have?
There are a total of 190 pages in the one month planner to accommodate your comprehensive planning requirements.

What’s the quality of paper on the Whole Person Planner?
Crafted from 70lb Accent Opaque stock for a premium feel and performance.

Does the Whole Person Planner include a bookmark?
Yes, it includes a gold ribbon, which helps you easily locate your current page.

Can I customize the logo so that it is branded with my company logo?
Yes, with a quantity of 50 or more bulk order requesting to add your company logo. Your logo will be present in the center of the front cover. Please reach out to hello@thewholepersonplanner.com requesting any bulk orders with a customized logo.

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS

How do I download the digital planner?
After completing your digital purchase a thank you order confirmation page is presented immediately with the downloadable links. You will also receive an order confirmation email where you click on “view order” to retrieve your downloadable planner links.

What is your return policy?
Please note that all digital planners are final sale. Once purchased, they cannot be returned or exchanged.

PAYMENTS

Is your payment system secure?
All transactions on our website are secured with industry standard encryption and when you purchase, we do not store your credit card details. We don't share your details with any third party, other than the payment provider and the printer that will pack and ship your order.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment through Paypal, VISA, Mastercard debit and credit cards, American Express, and Discover. 

Can I cancel my order?
We will always do what we can to make any last minute changes or cancellations before an item ships out from our printers or warehouse locations.

Personalized Items
As we print all personalized items ordered via our website on demand, with the custom logo you provide, once an order has been placed, we are not able to guarantee that changes can be made. 

This also means we are unable to offer returns and refunds for personalized products which have been received as ordered

SHIPPING

What are your US delivery options?

We ship all orders throughout the United States. If your order has not arrived by the expect delivery date, as per your dispatch email, please email us with your order number then please contact us at hello@thewholepersonplanner.com so we can help out.

Can I track my order?
If you place an order from our US website to a US shipping address, you will be able to track your order through an app called Shop. You'll always receive your tracking number and link within your shipping confirmation email from us!Â
